Axion Hellas’ 9th mission is postponed due to Covid-19

Being responsible for the citizens of our remote islands of Greece, our volunteers, but also with respect for the rules set by the government in order to deal with the COVID-19 crisis, we are obliged to postpone our 9th mission scheduled for the period 1-10 of May. Axion Hellas supports doctors and the nursing and paramedical staff who fight the pandemic every day.

Our volunteers (other than those who are already at the forefront of the battle) are eager to provide all possible assistance to the state and help with a crisis that the Prime Minister of our country said: “is a war with an invisible enemy”. We hope that we will soon be able to continue our work with the same zeal and love for the citizens of the remote islands of our country. And let’s not forget, WE STAY AT HOME and we protect our own health and that of our fellow humans.
